For venue owners

Sell it, hand off the running of it, or get help doing it yourself.

Most venue owners are doing this alone — bookings, marketing, vendors, staffing, and the roof — without a partner who actually knows the business.

I work with owners in three ways, and the right one depends on where you are. The first conversation is figuring out which. Sometimes the honest answer is that none of them is us, and I'll say so — I'd rather be the call you make in two years than the one you regret taking now.

01

Sell your venue

We buy venues directly from owners ready for the next chapter — retirement, a new project, or simply done.

Clear guidelines on what we look for, so you know quickly whether it's a fit.
No financing contingencies and no drawn-out process.
Not the right fit for us? We'll connect you with the right buyer through our brokerage network.
Flexible structures, including seller financing, where it works for both sides.
02

Have us manage it

Keep ownership, hand off the day-to-day. Borrowed & Blue manages venues end-to-end — bookings, staffing, marketing, operations.

You keep ownership, the asset, and the upside.
Your Saturdays back, without the 60-hour weeks.
Run by people operating venues right now — not generic property management.
03

Want to run it better yourself?

VenueNest is the software and community I helped build for venue owners — born out of the difficulties I ran into running my own.

Tours, ops, and marketing in one place.
Other independent owners solving the same problems.
Built by people who've actually run venues.

Questions owners actually ask.

I'm not sure if I want to sell or just get help. Can we still talk?

Yes — that's most of these calls. You don't need a decision to have the conversation.

What kind of venues do you buy?

Established wedding venues with licensing and zoning in place and a real booking history. Our own venues average around 30 acres and 30+ weddings a year — but those are guidelines, not requirements.

Will I still have a say if you manage my venue?

You own it, so yes. We agree up front on what we decide and what comes to you, then we handle the day-to-day inside that.

How fast does this move?

As fast as you want it to. We can be direct about a fit within a week, and we've closed quickly when a seller needed it. We can also go slow.

Does anyone find out I'm considering this?

No listing, no broker, nothing public. Your staff and your couples hear about it when you decide they should.
